Aloona was inspired by the revolution in dance music in the early 90s and the likes of Rebirth of the Cool, Unique 3, Portishead and the world sounds of Giles Peterson and Nitin Sawnhey – amongst many many others. Aloona has a passion for quirky unique tracks, often blending jazz, bass, trip-hop, breaks and ambient / world sounds.
