Joe Innes, aka. Strange Signals, is a DJ, producer, and co-founder of the UK Garage label Shuffle ‘n’ Swing. Expect a broad spectrum of tunes—from wonky tech house and forward-thinking UK bass to 80s machine funk and outsider disco.

Starting out in music, Joe worked with Keep Hush, immersing himself in the vibrant late 2010s London dance scene. He later co-founded Shuffle ‘n’ Swing, a label and community that bridges the gap between golden-era garage and new-school energy. Beyond Shuffle ‘n’ Swing, Joe is an integral part of the Strange High Dais collective, hosting parties at Dalston Den in collaboration with Highrise and ohmydais.
